    When you change your name it says you have to input your street address and whatnot. This is all under "Billing Address" does this actually bill you or does it not even matter anymore

    I am having the same problems with Wiley Plus. It will not let me change my name without entering billing information

    I think he meant to say "separate piece of paper", meaning do the quest on a separate piece of paper.
